Hip Hop

Hip Hop classes include a variety of Hip Hop dance styles, including locking, popping, breakdancing, and more.

Students will be exposed to these different styles of Hip Hop while learning the importance of musicality, dynamic, choreography, and more. Hip Hop classes include a strong focus on rhythm, dynamics, and levels.

Hip Hop Class Options & Requirements:

Jr. Hip Hop (Ages 4-6) – Gives young students an introduction to this unique style in an upbeat and energetic class with a focus on Hip Hop technique and rhythm.

Hip Hop Class Requirements:

Students should expect to stay at the same level for a minimum of 2 years.

Class attire – Comfortable pants and shirts, hair secured away from the face, clean street shoes.

All level-specific leotards, shoes, tights, and more are available at the ASA Boutique or online store.

Tuition & Studio Policy

Tuition is based on a 36-week season and is payable in 10 equal installments, or in full for a 5% discount (applicable to Basic levels+). Holiday and break closings are factored into installment pricing.
